PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article being smoothly removable after use. SOLUTION: This absorptive article has a liquid permeable surface sheet, a liquid impermeable and gas permeable leakage preventive sheet, and a liquid holding absorber interposed between both sheets, and forms a flap part extending outward in the width direction, and is formed by arranging a dislocation preventive pressure sensitive adhesive on its non-skin abutting surface side. The flap part is formed by extending outward in the width direction from an edge part for covering both side parts of the absorber with a liquid impermeable sheet separate from the surface sheet and the leakage preventive sheet. The liquid impermeable sheet is joined to both side part upper surface areas of the surface sheet, and the pressure sensitive adhesive is arranged on the liquid impermeable sheet.
