PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker and warmer, which automatically stops the warming function when time elapses over prescribed time. SOLUTION: This rice cooker and warmer is equipped with a heating means 2 to heat a pot 1, a first inputting means 3 to start rice cooking, a second inputting means 4 to start warming, a third inputting means 5 to forcibly stop rice cooking or warming and to return a stand-by condition, a control means 6 to drive the heating means 2 following the procedures of modes such as the stand-by, rice cooking, warming, etc., a first time counting means 7 to count the elapsed warming time from the warming start, and a first automatic warming finishing means 8 to automatically finish the warming function when time counted by the first time counting means 7 is over first prescribed time.
