PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance effect while preventing the number of parts from increasing. SOLUTION: Light emitting diodes LED 1 to LED 64 are connected into a matrix of 4 lines and 16 rows. That is, to four output ports of an integrated circuit IC1 for LED driving, the bases of four transistors are connected through a resistor, and a power source +5V is connected to the emitters of the transistors, and the anodes of the light emitting diodes of the lines are connected to the collectors of the transistors.
