<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seal structure of a lower part of an automobile door preventing a parting seal fixed with a clip from rising when a door is closed, and constituted so that restriction of attaching order is removed when a weather strip is closely attached to the parting seal for the prevention. <P>SOLUTION: In the seal structure of the lower part of the automobile door, an attaching step part 4 comprising a horizontal wall part 2 and a vertical wall part 3 is formed on a cabin side lower end part of a door panel 1. A hollow weather strip 5 is attached to the horizontal wall part 2, and the parting seal 6 having a lip 6c is attached to the vertical wall part 3. Space (a) between a back surface 5b of the hollow weather strip 5 and an attaching surface 6b of the parting seal 6 is provided somewhat larger than wall thickness (b) of an attaching base part 6a of the parting seal 6.
