<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generator capable of preventing deterioration in performance due to negative pressure inside a fuel cell and exposure of the inside to a humidifying gas when the fuel cell power generator is stopped. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell power generator 100 is provided with a fuel cell 21 having a fuel gas flow passage 18a for running hydrogen-rich fuel gas and an oxidizer gas flow passage 18c for running an oxidizer gas, an oxidizer gas supply means 28 supplying oxidizer gas to the fuel cell 21, and a fuel generation means 23 generating fuel gas from material gas and steam and feeding the fuel gas to the fuel cell 21. When the fuel cell is stopped, humidified oxidizer gas filling the oxidizer gas flow passage 18c is replaced by an inert gas kept at a predetermined dew point or less, the humidified fuel gas filling the fuel gas flow passage 18a is replaced by the inert gas, and then, the fuel gas flow passage 18a and the oxidizer gas flow passage 18c are kept in an inert gas environment to be sealed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
