<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for treating the injury of meniscus tissue. <P>SOLUTION: This meniscus repair device is biocompatible and includes a biocompatible tissue repair scaffold and a cell growth conduit flap. The tissue repair scaffold is adapted to be placed in contact with a defect in a meniscus and it is preferable that a structure for supporting the meniscus tissue and/or the structure for accelerating the growth of the tissue is given.
