<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative liquid feeding valve unit which does not require a driving device for actuating a valve and prevents a liquid from sagging. <P>SOLUTION: The quantitative liquid feeding valve unit 3 has a check valve 5 which is spring biased by a spring 7 toward a valve seat 8 disposed upstream on a supply pipe 1 in a direction of closing a passage, and a needle valve 11 which is located downstream to the check valve 5, is connected to the check valve 5 via a common valve 10, and narrows the passage between the needle valve 11 and an orifice 12 when displaced downstream. The liquid feeding valve unit 3 is attached to each of plural branch lines arranged in rows to compose a multiple soy bean milk filling apparatus. The check valve 5 is displaced downstream to be separated from the valve seat 8 by a supply pressure of soy bean milk from the supply pipe 1, at which the needle valve 11 is also displaced downstream to narrow the passage between the needle valve 11 and the orifice 12 to lessen the amount of delivery of the soy bean milk. The displacement of the valves in each liquid feeding valve unit 3 stop when the supply pressure (delivery pressure) and the delivery amount of the liquid come to balance, and a fixed amount of the soy bean milk is delivered from a delivery nozzle 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
