SOLAR CELL MODULE INTEGRATED WITH LIGHT SOURCE, AND POWER GENERATION LIGHT EMITTING UNIT USING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module integrated with a light source that can suppress lowering of power generation efficiency, as much as possible, and to realize whole face light emission.

SOLUTION: The solar cell module integrated with a light source is provided with an optical transmission type solar cell with front and rear faces and light sources provided on the rear face of the solar cell. The solar cell realizes lights to enter from the front faces and generate electric power, and the light source uses the electric power generated from the solar cell to emit light. The light emitted from the light source passes through the solar cell and is made to exit to the front face side of the solar cell.
