<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve use efficiency of a network resource which can follow without changing an existing network arrangement, and data transmission/reception efficiency with few packet losses, when a mobile node moves at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: It comprises a router identifier holding portion 42b for holding an identifier of an access router which communicates; a receiving part 40a which receives a packet; a detection part 42a which detects that a transmission party has moved from the first access router into the 2nd access router on the basis of network identification information included in a received packet, the identifier of the access router held at the router identifier holding portion 42b; and a transmitting part 40h which transmits a moving registration request so that the first care-of address of the mobile node may be changed into the 2nd care-of address to a portion in which a first care-of address of the mobile node is held if the moving concerned is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
