PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a rotary electric machine capable of achieving high positioning precision between the members even if the dimensional precision of each member is not so high. SOLUTION: In the structure of a rotary electric machine constructed by fitting a plurality of members 11 and 14 at a fitting part, a micro gap 21 is provided at the fitting part of the members and then that micro gap is filled with filler and shaped thus obtaining the structure of a rotary electric machine. This structure of rotary electric machine is applicable to an axial gap rotary electric machine where at least one pair of stator and rotor are arranged oppositely along the rotary shaft, and a radial gap rotary electric machine where the stator and rotor are arranged on coaxial circumferences to form a tubular air gap.
