PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store all data in a memory consisting of a plurality of memory banks and read a plurality of intended data simultaneously without placing a burden on hardware. SOLUTION: When all data are stored in a memory 10 consisting of a plurality of memory banks, a data storage processing part 20 makes an initial arrangement by storing data among access candidates in the same bank based on an access pattern showing a plurality of intended data to be read simultaneously. A data read and storage processing part 30 stores data of the pixels read from a bank address in a position of the write word line address and the write bit line address plus 1 of a bank address of the read bank address minus 1 for all data of the initial arrangement, and, while incrementing the word line address and the bit line address, reads data of the pixels on the word line address and the bit line address by the number of banks.
