PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for vehicle capable of preventing an display unit from being damaged even when the sunlight is made incident. SOLUTION: The display device for vehicle is equipped with; a display unit 21 which luminously outputs information which is to be displayed as an display image; a concave mirror 23 which reflects the display image from the display unit 21 while expanding the display image; a cold mirror 24 which has a reflectance property in which reflectance with respect to light of the main luminescence wavelength region of the display image is higher than that with respect to light of an infrared wavelength region, and has a reflecting surface which reflects the display image expanded by the concave mirror 23; and a housing 22 which has a holding part 22 for housing the display unit 21, the concave mirror 23 and the cold mirror 24 while holding them and a window part 22a for outputting the display image reflected by the cold mirror 24.
