PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To radiate heat generated by a semiconductor device and to drive the semiconductor device in a floating state as to a driving circuit module and a display device. SOLUTION: The driving circuit module includes a heat sink 38, a flexible circuit board 36, an insulating layer with a wiring pattern 46, and the semiconductor element 44 mounted on the heat sink across the insulating layer 42 with a conductor layer 40. The insulating layer with the wiring pattern and the insulating layer with the conductor layer are made of flexible nonconductive materials, the flexible circuit board and the insulating layer with the wiring pattern are fixed directly or indirectly to the heat sink, and the semiconductor device 44 is electrically connected to the flexible circuit board 36 and wiring pattern 46.
