PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide panel structure with which a wide panel is easily attached to/detached from a front mask and is prevented from being washed away or lost by the pressure of a water current and further which diffuses light. SOLUTION: In the wide panel structure, the wide panel attached to the front mask of a cylindrical stroboscope having watertight structure is provided with a bottomed cylinder-like wide panel body and at least one slit in the circumferential direction of the bottomed part of the wide panel body, provided with an aperture through which the slave of the stroboscope is seen at the bottomed part of the wide panel, and provided with at least one protrusion fit in the groove of the front mask on the inside periphery of the wide panel.
