PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress the dehydration of a medium stored or held on a substrate surface without having to control humidity of an overall process line. SOLUTION: This interaction detector 1a is provided with both a reaction region R1for providing an area of interaction (for example, hybridization) between substances and an evaporation supply region W formed in the periphery of the reaction region R1for suppressing evaporation in the medium M stored or held on the reaction region R1.
