PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lighting equipment for a floor panel, which can quickly adapt to a change in layout between the mounting and demounting of lighting equipment capable of being used as emergency exit sign lighting, and the floor panel using the lighting equipment. SOLUTION: A light-emitting means is arranged in a mounting base 11 which is provided on floor panel bodies 2 and 3 forming a double floor structure enabling a wiring material etc. to be housed under a floor, and which is mounted on openings 22 and 32 for mounting wiring accessories for the floor, such as a connector for wiring. A translucent cover 14, the peripheral edge of which is provided with a step part 14a, is provided on the front of the light-emitting means.
