PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply preparing fine particles with a size ranging from submicron order to nm order in a short time. SOLUTION: The raw material solution is formed by dissolving raw materials constituting the fine particles in a predetermined solvent. Then, a polymer-containing raw material solution is formed by adding a polymeric material to the raw material solution.
