PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro reactor chip used for a chemical operation of chemical substances. SOLUTION: One side of a material composed of two sheets is constituted with a glass material and the other side thereof is constituted with a metal material such as stainless steel. Groove shapes which can be easily changed by variations of pressure are formed altogether on the metal side. Because there are not groove shapes easily causing fracture on the glass material, a structure of the micro reactor chip causing no fracture even under high pressure can be obtained.
