PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearing article capable of maintaining the condition of a pad attached to the user's skin, and allowing the user to exchange only the pad containing an excrement. SOLUTION: The wearing article 20A comprises pants 21 having the first connecting sheet 35 extending between the front and back waists 23 and 25, and a pad 22 for storing the excrement having the first opening 45 on the upper surface and fixed removably inside of the pants 21. On the connecting sheet 35, a slit 38 is formed where the back part 44 of the pad 22 can be inserted. On the upper surface of the pad 22, the second connecting sheet 47 having the second opening 54 is attached. For this article 20A, the front part 42 and the middle part 43 of the pad 22 are positioned on the upper surface of the connecting sheet 35, the back part 44 of the pad 22 is positioned between the pants 21 and the first connecting sheet 35, being inserted into the slit 38, and the free front and back parts 56 and 57 of the connecting sheet 47 are fixed on the upper surface of the connecting sheet 35 with hook members 58 and 59, so that the pad 22 can be attached to the pants 21 through the connecting sheet 35.
