PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical cartridge which can repeatedly be used by supplying the chemical after used, and can be thinned. SOLUTION: This chemical cartridge is characterized by having a sheet-like chemical-impregnated member 20 prepared by impregnating the chemical into a sheet member having air permeability and liquid absorbency, and a holding container 21 for holding the chemical-impregnated member 20, and forming a liquid pool portion 21c in the center of the holding portion 21a of the holding container 21, thereby allowing the chemical liquid accumulated in the liquid pool portion 21c to infiltrate and impregnate into the whole body of the sheet member. After the chemical cartridge is used, the chemical liquid is supplied and accumulated in the liquid pool portion 21c. Thus, the sheet member can again be impregnated with the chemical and then reused, and the chemical cartridge can be thinned. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
