<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage container which has a good spherical outer appearance as a whole to attract buyers interest, is used as a storage container with a decorative cap when an item stored is inside and as a display container for a decorative article after the item is taken out, and which is placed easily and speedily on a desk, etc. by reversing a cap-shaped member through a joining member. <P>SOLUTION: This storage container 10 comprises a storage container main body 25, a hole 11 for storing and discharging a content, and a closing member 12 for closing the hole 11.
