PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packaged food which is heated on a tableware and in which a plurality of foods are arranged in a beautiful order and cooked without arranging a plurality of foods at specific positions of a tableware and dishing up the foods in the tableware.

SOLUTION: The packaged food is obtained by storing a frozen food 1 in the storage part 3 of a food-packaging container 2. The food-packaging container 2 is obtained by molding a plastic sheet. The food-packaging container 2 has a plurality of the storage parts 3 and is equipped with a closing loop part 6 positioned at the same plane at the opening edge of each storage part 3 or at the outside of each storage part 3. In the food-packaging container 2, the food is stored in each storage part 3 and each storage part 3 stores the food so as not to project the stored food from the face including the closing loop part 6. The packaged food is obtained by storing the food-packaging container 2 storing the food in each storage part 3 in an openable outer bag 9.
