<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a large torque while an effect due to a voltage limit by an induced voltage is reduced during high speed rotation. <P>SOLUTION: Six permanent magnets 111, 112, 113, 121, 122, 123 are sequentially and circumferentially provided and arrayed in the clockwise direction. A magnet group 11 comprises three permanent magnets 111, 112, 113. A magnet group 12 comprises three permanent magnets 121, 122, 123. A salient pole 101 is the center of a reluctance pole and exists between the permanent magnets 111, 123.
