<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone system which does not need to set priority by connecting a setting terminal for exclusive use to a switching hub, and does not need to set the order of priority in the switching hub, even when each work of extension, change, and removal of units to be housed in a main device has been performed. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a priority setting portion 25 which is put between a switch changeover portion 26 and ports 21, and changes the priority of a packet connected to each port 21 over to either a high priority or low priority; priority information attaching portions 23 for attaching priority information to packets set to high priority by this setting portion 25; a priority control portion 30 for setting the setting portion 25 to high priority, when a packet conversion portion 12 of the main device 10 is connected to an input/output port 21; and a buffer portions 28 for sending packets out in a preferential order to a network 2 based on priority information attached by the attaching portions 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
