<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical needle minimizing an injury when a thread such as a gold thread is inserted into a skin inside tissue and having a structure of hardly cutting the thread fixed to a needle body in the surgical needle used for implanting the gold thread into a part of a predetermined depth inside the skin. <P>SOLUTION: The surgical needle 1 is so formed that threads 3a and 3b are fixed to one end of the needle body 2 whose other end formed into an acute edge part, and the thread is constituted by twisting a base thread 31 and the gold thread 32 or a platinum thread 33.
