<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered biaxially stretched blow bottle having a three-layered constitution of PET/nylon MXD6/PET or a five-layered constitution of PET/nylon MXD6/PET/nylon MXD6/PET and markedly enhanced in oxygen gas barrier properties. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayered biaxially stretched blow bottle has the three-layered constitution of PET/nylon MXD6/PET or the five-layered constitution of PET/nylon MXD6/PET/nylon MXD6/PET and the oxygen gas barrier transmission coefficient of the nylon MXD6 layer measured under a condition of a temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 80% is 6.0×10<SP>-14</SP>cm<SP>3</SP>×cm/cm<SP>2</SP>×sec×cmHg or below.
