<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which can enhance the secretion of a substance having anti-oxidizing, active oxygen-eliminating, and free radical-eliminating actions on the cell outside of a bacterium residing in human being, and to provide a method for producing the substance. <P>SOLUTION: This anti-oxidizing substance secretion-promoting agent is characterized by containing a metal salt and one or more amino acids selected from the group consisting of tryptophan, tyrosine, histidine, cysteine, phenylalanine, and cystine, and the method for producing the anti-oxidizing substance with the anti-oxidizing substance secretion-promoting agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
