PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer type water electrolysis tank which prevents a component of itself from being damaged. SOLUTION: The solid polymer type water electrolysis tank has a gasket (17) having a notch step portion (19) for receiving an anodic feeding body therein, and an anodic feeding body (7).
