PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor rotor, having a structure capable of improving poor charging of adhesives in securing a magnet to a rotor core with the adhesives. SOLUTION: An end ring 113 is formed with a groove 118 for making through holes 114h for disposing the magnet 117 communicate with each other, in such a state that the rotor core 114 is sandwiched by the end rings 112, 113.
