PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide casing made of wood, for example, for improving space efficiency and the degree of freedom when arranging a conductive path for electronic components. SOLUTION: In the casing 10 for retaining electronic components at a space surrounded by a front panel 12 and a rear panel 13, a ground line 30 and a current line 31 formed by carbonizing an inner surface 13a' are provided on the inner surface 13a' that opposes a space 11 in the rear panel 13, thus entirely miniaturizing the casing 10 or enhancing the degree of freedom in the arrangement of electronic components.
