PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply line with an interposed conductive element exerting harmless and healthy effect on human body by changing a content, function, and property of the electromagnetic wave irradiated from a conventional household appliances, portable small electric apparatus. SOLUTION: In order to supply power from household receptacle 1 to a rechargeable battery of a portable telephone, the conductive element of which, the content, function, and property of electromagnetic wave is improved, is formed by melting a material containing one or more of element chosen from C, Si, Ge, Sn, and Pb with heightened bioenergy as elemental components, in which, Cu, Al, Fe, Ag, Au, and furthermore, at least either one element chosen from K, Mg, Ca, P, S, N, and O are contained, and turning the above material into a conductive wire.
