PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly evaluate a driving technique of a driver, and to guide the driver. SOLUTION: A first threshold is provided to ignore a degree of acceleration/deceleration from evaluation when it is relatively low. A second threshold is provided to set a degree of acceleration/deceleration that is subject to evaluation. Values as the number of times or time exceeding the second threshold within a prescribed time divided by the number of times or time exceeding the first threshold is used for evaluation. At this time, different thresholds are set in acceleration and deceleration. The evaluation values are outputted as points between 0 and 100.
