PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage parking lot unit having a modern sense excellent in appearance at a low cost and having equipment allowing a vehicle to easily entering and leaving the unit and having anti-pollution measures capable of coping with exhaust gas rising from the vehicle, in the case of newly constructing or remodeling a parking lot. SOLUTION: The two-stage parking lot unit integrally provided by shifting an upper stage floor and a lower stage floor in front and behind like stairs is so constituted that the lower stage floor part is embedded in the ground to an optional depth to vertically lift and lower the upper stage floor and the lower stage floor at an optional angle by mechanically and connectively interlocking both floors to a place as an entrance of the vehicle, at the same time, a guidance is mounted on an extended board attached to the upper stage floor and that interlocking adjustment with the lower stage floor can be made so as to enable a vehicle on the upper stage floor to go in and out after the end section of the linear or the curved or the folded extended board used as the upper stage floor comes into contact with the ground surface while sliding slide means along the guidance.
