PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penetrator for a penetrating manhole easily installable from the inside of the manhole, installable in the wall of the manhole without being obstructed by the penetrator, enabling the easy removal of a filter retaining frame, enabling the accurate positioning of a filter, and facilitating operations such as the replacement of the filter. SOLUTION: In this penetrator for the penetrating manhole, a small hole 12 is formed in the bottom plate 11 of a bottomed cylindrical body 8, a bar-like shaft 13 is fitted to the center part of the bottom plate of the cylindrical body, a locking groove 14 is formed at the tip side of the bar-like shaft, a locking piece 15 is fitted to the outer periphery of the bottom plate of the cylindrical body, and a hole 16 for inserting the bar-like shaft is formed at the axial center part of a filter 9 stored in the cylindrical body. A water flowing hole 18 is formed in a filter retaining frame 10 for holding the filter in the cylindrical body, and a shaft receiving part 19 is formed at the center part of the retaining frame. A snap 20 engageable with the lock groove formed in the bar-like groove is fitted to a bearing part, the locking piece of the cylindrical body is locked to the outer peripheral edge of the through hole 6 of the penetration manhole 1, and the filter retaining frame is formed detachably from the bottomed cylindrical body.
