PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope shoulder block, its manufacturing method and a maintenance structure of a shoulder section and a slope section capable of reducing work processes and work manhour in slope work and being carried out work only by manpower without being required for any heavy machine. SOLUTION: The upper end section 22 of a weed killing sheet section 21 extended along the lower slope section 13 from the shoulder section 12 is integrally fixed to the slope section side of each concrete block section 2 placed along the shoulder section 12, and the weed killing sheet section 21 is spread on the slope section to enable the slope section to cover in a state to lay the concrete block section 2 on the shoulder section 12.
