PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus capable of preventing the occurrence of intake eddy of fluid with a simple confoguration. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with; a fluid reserving part 1, in which the float-up fluid material 5 to be prevented to the mixing when the fluid material 4 is taken out, at the upper part of the fluid material 4 to be made to flowing-out; a cylindrical or a funnel-shaped flowing-out passage 2 formed at the bottom part of this fluid reserving part 1 and having 0-85°tapered angle on the inner peripheral surface of this flowing-out passage; and a guide vane 3 having the diameter corresponding to the shape of this flowing-out passage 2 and also, the length in the flowing-out passage direction, and fitted to this flowing-out passage 2.
