PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladies' garment with breast cups designed so as to compensate lagging fat parts at the upper parts of the breasts, preventing the breasts from drooping downward and flowing laterally, and also having formability of beautiful breast shapes. SOLUTION: The ladies' garment with breast cups is provided with breast cup parts and shoulder straps. The breast cup parts are provided with face side cup cloth, skin side cup cloth and bust-up cloth. The bust-up cloth comprises stretch material more stretchable than the face side cup cloth and the skin side cup cloth, forms an opening part at a portion ranging from the periphery of the top part of the breast cup toward the under part of the breast cup. The upper end part of the bust-up cloth is joined to the shoulder strap, and the breast center side part of the breast-up cloth is joined to the portion ranging from the under parts to the hem parts each of the breast cup, the side parts of the bust-up cloth are joined to the portion ranging from the under parts of the breast cups to the hem parts of the side parts.
