PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a two-pack curable type aqueous adhesive which upon adhesion of a woody material, hardly receives influence by an atmospheric temperature and a material temperature, and can control the longest closed assembly time and the shortest clamp time. SOLUTION: This two-pack curable type aqueous adhesive comprises the following (A) a liquid and (B) another liquid, the liquid (A) comprising an aqueous solution or an aqueous emulsion containing a polymer compound (A1) having an acetoacetyl group in the molecule, and the liquid (B) comprising a hydrazide group-containing amide-based compound having an amide bond section in the molecule, and besides, one hydrazide group and at least one amino group or at least two hydrazide groups in the molecule. As the hydrazide group-containing amide-based compound, a reaction product (B1) by reacting a polymer compound (B1-a) (a protein, or the like) having an amide bond section in the molecule with hydrazine (B1-b) can be suitably used.
