PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article capable of providing an excellent dislocation preventive characteristic, without reducing adhesive strength of a pressure sensitive adhesive, without transferring the pressure sensitive adhesive to the clothes and another absorptive article side for fixing the absorptive article, even when a non-skin abutting surface is composed of a fiber assembly. SOLUTION: This absorptive article has a liquid holding absorptive layer 10 and a liquid impermeable layer 20. A dislocation preventive pressure sensitive adhesive 30 is arranged on the non-skin abutting surface. The non-skin abutting surface 3 is composed of the fiber assembly. The dislocation preventive pressure sensitive adhesive 30 is composed of a hot melt adhesive, and has a multilayer structure of a first layer 31 and a second layer 32. The hot melt adhesive for constituting the first layer 31 is set higher in fluidity in the softening point temperature vicinity than a hot melt adhesive for constituting the second layer 32.
