In a sector address area (5), address blocks (16, 17, 18, and 19) containing address numbers and ID numbers are alternately deviated inward and outward from the center of the track by nearly half track pitches. Therefore, the reading of addresses from a land-groove recording/reproducing type optical disk and the stability of tracking in the sector address area can be improved.
