The device has a seal ring (12) which defines an intermediate pressure chamber (14) including an interface part (11), where the chamber is insulated from a high pressure fuel circuit and external atmosphere. The seal ring is deformed elastically under the pressure of the fuel that is contained in the fuel circuit. The seal ring is clad against inner walls of the interface part and a fuel injection tube (1).
