A cleaning device for use with a gutter system is disclosed. The device includes a cover member that substantially covers the open tap of the gutter, a tube fo r use in removing debris from the gutter, a clip for attaching the tube to the bottom of the cover member and a fastening member for use in attaching the cover member to a structure.</SDOA B>
