<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the equipment of a connection destination for relaying radio connection of an order data management device used in a restaurant or the like, which acquires the radio environment information of equipment to be a radio connection source without using a special method. <P>SOLUTION: A radio restaurant printer 5 is provided with means for transmitting and receiving the data of different sizes to/from a radio controller 4 and quantifying and comparing results, and thus the need of acquiring the radio environment information by the special method is eliminated.
