<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience to a handicapped person who uses a parking lot, and to suppress the deterioration of parking efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: When a reservation accepting means 1b acquires a reservation request 4 from a user terminal 2a, a preceding handicapped person reservation detecting means 1c refers to a reservation table 1a, and detects preceding reservation information 5 showing handicapped person reservation in a time zone including the reservation request time zone of the reservation request 4 acquired by the reservation accepting means 1b. Then, when the preceding reservation information 5 is detected by the preceding handicapped person reservation detecting means 1c according to the reservation request 4 showing the handicapped person reservation, a parking space deciding means 1d judges the presence/absence of reservation in the reservation request time zone of the parking space adjacent to a space for getting on/off reserved by the preceding reservation information 5, and when this adjacent parking space is vacant, the parking space deciding means 1d reserves the space for getting on/off reserved by the preceding reservation information 5 as a space for getting on/off for the reservation request 4, and reserves the adjacent parking space as a space for parking for the reservation request 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
