<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce storage capacity required in a memory in an image processing means. <P>SOLUTION: In performing coordinate conversion such as visual point conversion for original images from cameras 21, 23, 25, 27, an image processor ECU 31 does not own conversion tables of respective cameras 21, 23, 25, 27 but the respective cameras 21, 23, 25, 27 own the conversion tables. With this configuration, the necessity of mounting a large-capacity and expensive non-volatile memory in the image processor ECU 31 is eliminated, and the storage region of the nonvolatile memory for storing all the conversion tables is not needed.
