<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a solenoid valve precisely by estimating mounting error of a fuel pump with a pump driving cam for a rotation signal and compensating it to reduce error of discharge fuel amount. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel supply device is provided with a delivery pipe 29 for supplying pressurized fuel to a fuel injection valve 10, a high pressure fuel pump 19 driven by the pump driving cam 25 to discharge fuel into the delivery pipe 29, the solenoid valve 31 for adjusting discharge amount of the high pressure fuel pump 19, a rotation position detection means for outputting a rotation position signal of the internal combustion engine, a control means 20 for controlling the solenoid valve 31 by the rotation position signal to achieve discharge amount corresponding to operation situation, and an error estimating means for estimating mounting error of the high pressure fuel pump 19 and the pump driving cam 25 from a fuel pressure change position where fuel pressure of the delivery pipe 29 is changed by starting discharge of the high pressure fuel pump 19 and a rotation position of the internal combustion engine 1.
