<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a submerged pump, for pumping up hot spring water with stable pressure, adapting the frequency or the magnitude of power supply voltage, and suppressing influence of noise or surge. <P>SOLUTION: The control device for a submerged pump comprises: the submerged pump 32; a transforming means 27 for transforming input alternating voltage; an inverter 21 receiving output voltage of the transforming means 27 to perform a variable speed control of an operational speed of the submerged pump; and a control means 22 controlling operation of the inverter 21.
