<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device wherein the angle of an operation unit can be easily adjusted in a direction previously set by an operator to remarkably reduce the operational burden of the operator, by simply inputting voice without having to manually adjust the angle of the operation unit. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device comprises a vertical direction rotary drive motor 210 for rotary driving the operation unit 300 in the vertical direction, a horizontal direction rotary drive motor 209 for rotary driving the operation unit 300 in the horizontal direction, a voice input means for inputting the voice of an operator, a setting means for setting the absolute angle of the vertical and horizontal directions of the operation unit 300, and a storage means for storing a plurality groups of the setting angles. The vertically rotating drive motor 210 and the horizontally rotating drive motor 209 are controlled so that the operation unit 300 is directed toward the operator, by comparing the input voice with a registered voice, based on the absolute angle of the vertical and horizontal directions corresponding to the input voice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
