PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability in scrolling a display screen.

SOLUTION: This information processor 1 includes a display 3 for displaying the display screen 5 having various information, wherein scroll bars 6, 7 for scrolling the display screen displayed on the display are displayed, and a screen for virtual input 8 for inputting the various information on the display can be displayed. The screen for virtual input is displayed on a forefront of the display, and scroll areas 8a, 8b for scrolling the display screen are provided on the screen for virtual input.
