PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which does not make a width-direction difference between a leading end and a back end in a carrying direction when a film is stuck on a plate body by using a roller. SOLUTION: When a strip film 26, which is composed of an optical film 28 and a release film 30, is unwound from a strip film unwinding unit 32 of a film unwinding part 14 and reaches a strip film cutting unit 44 by using an unwinding and carrying system 34, only the optical film 28 is cut to a predetermined length. After that, the optical film 28 is sent out to a release film separator 50: the release film 30 is separated from the cut optical film 28 under the action of the roller 90 and wound by a release film winding unit 54. The optical film 28 and a substrate 12 are stacked together, so as to be pressure-bonded by a pressure roller 70 and a retaining roller 68. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
